1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on the nbajjee platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all services provided by nbajjee, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games (including Aviator), virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. nbajjee reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its absolute discretion, with or without providing a reason.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nbajjee.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the nbajjee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You confirm that you meet all of these criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of nbajjee.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or entity.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from nbajjee or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not placing bets under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

Age Verification Process

nbajjee enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit proof of identity and proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where age verification has not been completed will have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided and approved.

If at any point nbajjee reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during the investigation period will be withheld. If the account is confirmed to belong to a minor, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on nbajjee, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players in Bangladesh.

Registration Requirements

• Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false name during registration.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be flagged for additional verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. nbajjee strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify nbajjee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other individual to place bets or conduct transactions through your account.

nbajjee will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying nbajjee of a security breach will be treated as authorised and will remain binding.

Account Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to identity verification in accordance with our KYC policy. nbajjee may request documentation at any point — not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days) may result in account suspension. All submitted documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

nbajjee supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

All deposits are credited to your nbajjee account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. nbajjee does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification successfully.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fulfilled in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits.
• There must be no ongoing investigation or security review on your account.

Currency & Exchange

All transactions on nbajjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nbajjee does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion charges incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by nbajjee.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

nbajjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the nbajjee welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit, provided all eligibility criteria are met at the time of deposit.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on games and markets that contribute towards the wagering requirement. Some games (typically live casino games and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• nbajjee reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bonus offers may be time-limited. Any bonus funds not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

Seasonal & Ongoing Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nbajjee are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable sporting rules. Key general rules include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the nbajjee system and a bet ID has been assigned.
• nbajjee reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the live feed has been delayed or disrupted.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• nbajjee reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

Casino Games

All casino games on nbajjee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules are available within each game interface. Players are advised to review the rules of each game before wagering real money. nbajjee is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbajjee. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including falsifying identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Money Laundering: Using the nbajjee platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money of any origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for betting or gambling activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform without express written permission from nbajjee.
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Registration: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage access.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.

nbajjee employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across all player accounts and transactions. Players identified through these systems as engaging in any prohibited activity will be investigated and may face permanent exclusion from the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by nbajjee

nbajjee reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from a payment provider.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and will be returned (less any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud losses) once the investigation is concluded, provided no wrongdoing is confirmed.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the nbajjee support team via live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbajjee, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the nbajjee platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues outside of nbajjee's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement calculations that have been resolved in accordance with the applicable sporting or gaming rules.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform.

nbajjee's total liability to any player, in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nbajjee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

nbajjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, bonus wagering policies, or eligibility criteria — registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or updates required to reflect changes in game provider terms — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at nbajjee/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Continued use of the nbajjee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform before the effective date.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbajjee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
